You want a coder to do tech support with travel?
But I agree, finding good people has been tough.
Code-capable, but not necessarily a programmer/developer. Tech support is in-house (level 3), and travel is for training new customers. Travel is likely 0% for the first 6-12 months as a new hire is brought up to speed.
My only problem with people who use a web developers like dream weaver is that they know an application like dream weaver. Look for someone that can code HTML, CSS, etc. And you have someone who can correct the errors in dean weaver. I recently rewrote a web site in HTML and a new CSS. It now loads at least twice as fast.
I'm a Unix weenie. My last Windows certification was NT3.51.
