Second US F1 race in 2013?

Just came across this article...

Racers Eyeing Streets of N.J.

Street-races are "meh" but Eccelstone likes them because they cost the FIA nothing and require no real commitment like COTAS is dealing with...but they're boring. F1 needs to run at Laguna Seca.
