Valve Cover Leak
I just did my WP/TB and all related seals 2000 miles ago and notice oil seeping out from the driver side of the valve cover yet again! FYI, within the past 60,000 miles I replaced a total of 3 valve cover gaskets(Fel Pro) and all didn't last more than a few months.
Everything was torque in sequence and within the recommended specs by Mazda and I even replaced the PCV valve with one from Mazda.
I will try the OEM valve cover gasket after Hallett and see if that is any better, if not I do not know what to do. Could it be blow by? Would running a breather help?
Anyone got any ideas?

Pick up an OEM one from www.finishlineperformance.com
Not sure what year you have but it could also be a leaking CAS. That O-Ring is cheap even as an OEM part. Mine was leaking a while back. The one in there was flat and hard as a rock. It broke into 5 different pieces when I was trying to get it off.

That is my plan to go with the OEM gasket after Hallett. I did replace the CAS O-ring when I replace the TB/WP.

Lee,
After using aftermarket VC gaskets, we only use Mazda ones now. Talk to me at Hallett about torque sequence. People often do it wrong and it seems if you do, you will get leaks. I've been replacing VC gaskets the same way for years and never have leaks.
