Tires for sale - Autox, track or street
I'm selling two sets of tires that I don't really need. all are in excellent condition, low mileage, even wear.
4 - Toyo Proxes R1-R in 255/40-17. Almost no street use, strictly autox. They have around 45 runs on them, tread is almost full-depth. Purchased them only to serve as rain tires for Nationals. Sold
4 - Hankook Ventus V12 in 255/40-17. Strictly street-driven, no track or autox ever. These were my primary DD tires until I needed the wheels for my rains. Purchased new in early 2011, approx 6,000 miles on them. No patches/plugs, etc. They look great and are excellent in the rain and cold as well as dry pavement. Hard to beat as an all-around performance tire. $200/set
Both sets are currently stored indoors and covered in tire totes. V12's are already dismounted, R1-R's are still mounted but can be removed at any time. I have a decent, affordable tire shop nearby that can handle mounting if you need it cheap. I wouldn't let them touch any really expensive/pretty wheels, but they do a great job for me on my race wheels.
