Sunkist??????
Sunday afternoon, as I was heading home from Granbury on 377, I believe I passed Sunkist going toward Granbury. I suspect he may have been at the Ranch for the NASA races. Does anyone know if someone locally owns Sunkist? Who? Where?
I guess it's possible that I was hallucinating, as I had spent twenty-seven hours woking on the house with only three hours of sleep.......

Did it look like this:

If so, it probably was Sunkist, which is currently located in Austin and for sale... for a mere $16,500. Which, if you ask me, is a lot of money for a non-number matching, previously totalled, rebuilt wreck that has been completely resprayed, when the original factory color was the only thing that made the car collectible. :?
It's now just a '90 Miata with 30k on the chassis, 70k on the drivetrain (form a donor car), a salvage title, and a respray, imho.

Seriously, altiain... tell us what you really think. :-)

$16.5K? Well, at least the price is going in the right direction... what was the initial asking price? $22K and change?

I like the color. Always wanted an Orange (not evo-orange) Miata.
I'd buy a Miata and have it painted bfore paying $16,500 for Sunkist though...
No need for bragging rights.

That's the one! I last saw it in Kerrville at the state-wide event several years ago. It is such a pretty car....... I Knew it had been for sale. I just thought that someone locally bought it.
