Well, the rollbar and the air horn installs were a success... so I sat down and decided on which mod to do next...
It's going to be the Trunk Lift Kit from Moss Motors. I ordered it today.

With having the spoiler on the back of my car the trunk lid doesn't want to stay up like it should. Getting your head whacked by a trunk lid HURTS!

Whats that thing weigh?? At least 2-3 pounds.
Dunno... enough that it the springs only keep it up if you lift it all the way open & hold it for about 1/2 second before letting go... doesn't take much for it to close on your head or shoulder as you reach in to grab something.
I feel that the Stealership should've already install this when they knew the springs couldn't handle the spoiler. Oh well... I'll do what they weren't willing to do.

If you'd get a strap for your purse you could put it on you shoulder and use one arm to hold up that big heavy trunk lid! :lol: :wink:
