New Member from Longview Tx. I don't own a miata.

I love those little cars. At 18 I test drove every used miata in town one day! When the body style was changed back in 98 I test drove it the first day. I got the chance to own one about 3 years ago. It was a 92 model. The car is just not practical for me with 2 seats. I have 2 children and I need atleast 3 seats. I sold the car shortly after purchasing it. I recently picked up a 1976 ford Courier and plan on installing the engine and transmission from a miata into the truck. Im not trying to build some race car or anything. I need something thats going to start easy, go down the road reliably, and get atleast 22 mpg.
