My guess is that it's the factory bar that doesn't allow access to the shock tops for adjustable coilovers. Besides that, there may be two drivers on this forum that can discern the absence of an FSTB on the NC. Good luck selling your used/less parts for wholesale prices.

It's the Cobalt brace. You can view it at Moss Motors, where I bought it or I'll reply to your email with a picture.

You drill an access hole for coil-overs with a factory STB. The Cobalt STB is a $220 + S&H part new from Moss. The price is "fair" and not unreasonable.
