In an ideal situation I would like to pay as little as possible. I don't even know what is a fair price for a stock header.

Give me a week or so. I may have one that I'd part with. Does it have to have the egr nipple or are you good with it not have one?
I have the header off my 99, but i dont have intermediate pipe... Id sell just the header for $50. Parts group sells it for $85.
