Residential and Commercial Roof Damage
I usually don't deal with this stuff during the school year, but as some of you know, I estimate and handle claims for roof repair/replacement in the summer every year. A good friend of mine owns a commercial roofing business (primarily handles apartment complexes and other large-scale jobs) but he also has some crews who do residential in between the big jobs. I work for him June-Sept, normally.
If anyone has damage that they'd like to have estimated and potentially claimed for repair/replacement, I can arrange that asap. Unlike most roofers, commercial is the primary business, so businesses are no problem. We have over a 95% "buy" rate on roofs we submit for a claim, many of which were initially denied by the insurance co's in-house adjuster, who is often over-booked and in a hurry. If you are in one of the areas hit by 1/2" hail or larger, its very likely you have at least some hail damage on a composite roof.
In most of the jobs I've handled, we've been able to come-in below the insurance company's valuations, including the deductible. I do everything I can to avoid out-of-pocket expense for the owner. It really depends on your policy and insurer, but we will be competitive or better. Zero obligation or cost to have us take a look for damage and measure your roof, you don't even need to be there.
Most important, this is an established commercial company that will get it done correctly the first time. No point in saving a buck if you have to deal with issues afterwards.
PM me or catch me at an event if I can help.
