I just poked through the rule book and it looks like my '96 Miata with coilovers, full exhaust, lightweight flywheel and 9" wide wheels is CSP, right?
Well...that's what I preregistered as, anyway. I just want to make sure before I make my magnets.

Yep, the flywheel puts you in CSP. You can run it in STR with no complaints from me (just disclose the flywheel to any other drivers). Also, if you aren't running R-comps, you should run in the "street tire" pax class. You'd be on a CSP pax there, but have lots of people to race against.
Do RS-3's qualify for tire class? I was under the impression that their 140 tradwear rating bumped them out.Quote:
