TCB price is nice, but the 4" outlet is meh. Why not the tried and true Enthusa? Call Jason, tell him what you want/need and be done with it. Easy button.
Jason charges more than I am willing to spend.
But I do have one of his systems on the 2002 Miata that I bought used. ;-)

I do like how that Cobalt bolts in like a NB though.
Check out the Volt exhaust for Miatas on EBay. Looks very similar to the Cobalt but has a better looking tip. It's 169 shipped.
