15" Kosei K1-TS wheels w/wo Toyo R1R tires

The wheels all have some scratches on, cosmetic issues only. The pics make them look a little better than in person. I would like to get $250 for them.
I can also do a combo deal with tires, they currently have a brand new set of r1rs on them with less than 10 runs. They have been sitting around for a year which makes the rubber a little hard. This is no good for national level competition but perfect for local events in the Texas heat! For the combo on tire rack it is over $1000 shipped I would take $650.
