Anyone feel like helping work on my sister's house Sunday? It's like the program renovation realities, and I know she is ready to be out of my mom and dad's. There is painting, basic carpentry, yard work, bathroom work etc. to be done. I'll buy beer and pizza, or whatever will lure you.

That's how they ended up with half a wall demoed.... guy took out the bottom half first by cutting across with a sawzall, then the day was over. Left the top half of the wall hanging from the joist. There were also live electrical wires that he nicked and plumbing in said wall..... he created work
