Machine shop for a reasonable price

Well my discount engine went bad and now I need to rebuild it. I will be planning this and gathering parts but I know it will need machine work.
Does anyone have suggestions of a machine shop that does miatas in dfw for a fair price.
I will need a valve job on my new vvt head, I will need to bore the motor over for the larger than stock low comp pistons.
Anything else I should have done while it is apart.
I will be adding
forged rods and arps bolt on the rods and heads maybe the mains.
Any suggestions of a shop around here that would do the work well for a good price.

+1 on John Day Machine. The dude is a Miata god. Seriously, there is no other option.

If you're doing Eagle rods I believe they already have ARP hardware.
Do ARP lower mains, those seem to go after a few years of track abuse on NA engines.
