99 w/ hardtop, 155,500 miles, $3,500

I have had the car for just over a year and it’s my dailydriver. Don’t know anything about thehistory of the car but it hasn’t failed me in the last year.About 155,500 miles.

The good …
Car is a blast to drive, runs good and everything works
Soft top w/ glass and Hard top
Tires only 4 months old – Falken ZE-912
Leather
AC
Bose stereo w/ 1 year old speakers
Power windows, mirrors, antenna
Power lock – Miata style, driver’s door controlspassenger door
Rear defrost, both hard and soft tops
Cruise
Limited Slip Differential

The bad …
Check Engine Light is on (P0420), been told it needs acat and maybe 02 sensor.
It’s been on fora year but I just keep clearing it.
Hardtop has bad section in the paint around the top,looks oxidized?
Soft top has a rip on the right side.
Front and Rear bumpers each have a spot where they were damaged,right rear bumper has a slight drop to it.
Driver seat is worn through on the left side.
Small Oil leak and small hydraulic clutch leak (pictures includeone of the spot where it has been parked for the last year)
Radiator overflow tank does not hold water
Windshield crack across the bottom
Door dings
Oil drain plug is generic aftermarket, leads me tobelieve the threads are stripped.
Won’t load a CD when cold

The car sounds like a good donor for a Spec Miata, you might put this up on the Spec Miata, NASA, SCCA and RacingJunk boards.

I'm interested in the hard top only if you will sell it separately. I PM'd you earlier today.
