Do any of you kids have any experience with Live Chat for a Website? I'd like to add the feature to my company website.
I'm thinking it could help potential customers that don't want to call get the information they need.

Many of the Call Center software vendors had integration of Chat and their phone switch, so they send the chat to an available agent, and don't send them a call until the chat is over.

Dang this post is old! But I'm bringing it back from the dead!!
My old Chat deal which worked OK but then they changed some stuff and then wanted to charge me silly money for the privilege of having chat capabilities on the website.
So last month I switched to this https://www.tawk.to/
It even has real time analytics which is very helpful! YMMV
