Heard about this while listening to the ticket. Evidentily some homeless hitchhiker was riding with a crazy guy who rammed a utility worker with his truck. When people tried to help the utility worker the crazy driver got out and started trying to beat everyone up and the homeless hitchhiker guy whacked the driver with a hatchet. Weird story all around but hilarious news interview. Of course this was in crazy California.
