Anyone know of a way to find someone's phone number (work or personal) if all have is a name and city or state? I need to contact someone about a relative's death. Online searches are only directing me to website where I need to pay to obtain full profile.

Maybe try 411 and tell them it's an emergency. They can at least patch you thru and not have to give you the actual number.
I guess 411 only lists home phone numbers, which apparently she doesn't have.
Have you tried Google?

Go to www.dogpile.com, then click on the White Pages tab. Enter name, city and state and with luck you'll get the information.
