I'm posting here because many people on the forum probably ignore the open track section. This is a great way to get your feet wet on a road course.

yes. but is it worth it sliding around on rock hard yoko advans?
Funny that you would say that. I have my winter tires on now and they are the Yoko Advan A11A's that came on the 16 inch five spoke stock rims in 2006. I'll run mine if you do. Slippy tires or wet tracks make for better fast hands.
These are the Advan Neova's, I got them used and I think they're heat cycled out. Sharp turn in, but almost dangerous especially in cold. I'll have to check that date to see if I can make it. I'll have to take vacation from work.
Edit: crap it's this Sunday. I couldn't get it there until past 1pm...
No. It's Saturday. Neovas are two categories or one light year ahead of a11a's.
Sat/sun are the same for me, unfortunately.
And I'm not sure if these tires are just poor in cold weather but I almost hit a few curbs understeering this weekend with less speed than I hit with my Honda toaster. I can also spin the tail around at will with 90hp and a torsen. Fun, but they are starting to scare me, especially since they feel super confident until they just let go. All seasons at least give you a warning.
