If you want to actually drive the car, buy one with normal miles for a normal price.
Seems odd. Look at the wear on the seats and particularly the steering wheel. That doesn't look like aging or sun fading...
I'd wager that it is a disconnected-speedo car, with more than 240 miles. If its truly what he says, then the seller is failing at marketing it well.
Now that you mention it, it also lacks the "Mazda" sticker on the front bumper skin - which screams of a respray.
