Bump....still looking for an after-market catback.
Just pulled off a header-back when I upgraded the exhaust on my turbo car. Right now it fits a 1.6 (starts with that triangle-flange for the stock header). It goes triangle-flange to stock downpipe transitioning into a 2.5" metallic high-flow cat and then into the Cobalt catback. The downpipe/cat/catback are welded together. The only break is the Cobalt 2-bolt flange by the diff. Sounds good and will flow well on a normally aspirated car. Has O2 bungs before and after the cat. I was thinking something like $100 for the whole thing, but you'll probably need an exhaust shop to put it on. It would be a bolt-on to a 1.6 with stock header. It might bolt on to a 1.8 with stock header (not sure).Quote:
