I have this loud "wooomp" noise coming from the front driver's side that started yesterday. I saw brake fluid pissing everywhere, so I replaced the caliper. Noise is still there. Sound only happens when coming to a complete stop. Pads are still quite thick, and the rotors are about a year old. There is also no shakiness in the brake peddle or steering. Is it rotors? Will post a video of noise. Thanks

Does the car have ABS?
Mine did that yesterday morning after driving through water and the pedal was really hard. Since it cleared up I wrote it off to trash between the pad and rotor. YMMV

Best idea is to disassemble the brakes from the caliper and see if the clips are still in the right places, pads arent cracked, no obstructions, make sure the caliper is sliding properly. Then check all of the ball joints and such for play. After that, I'd look at the shock, springs, mounts.
Also worth checking wheel bearing and run-out of the rotor.
If it were the ball joints, wouldnt the noise persist especially during turning? Moving the steering wheel left to right would induce a squeaking sound wouldnt it? Mine is only making noise during braking. Right before you get to a complete stop. The best way I can explain the sound is, you know when your on an incline and your lightly holding onto the brake, but still creeping down that incline and it makes a moaning noise? Thats what Im getting.
My guess is that the brake fluid soaked the brake pads and they are now making noise and/or it removed the pad transfer material off the rotor and they are making noise. Is the noise coming from the same corner that had the leak? If it is the rotor it may stop after the pads get bedded in again.
Also some pads just make noise especially some of the high performance ones.

Brake fluid definitely soaked the pads. So much so that it ate away the rubberish coating on the backs of them. I'll just go ahead and change them out, can't hurt. Appreciate the feedback guys
Yea, it’s probably a good idea to change the pads even if it’s not what making the noise. No telling what the fluid did to the adhesive holding the pads to the backing plate.
