Is the 1.6L or 1.8L clutch/flywheel better for racing?

I recall the flywheel and clutch kit can be installed on either one of the 1.6L or 1.8L manual transmissions, as long as the whole kit is used(flywheel/clutch/pressureplate).

So, wondering if the 1.6L or 1.8L kit is better for road course racing?
In terms of holding power, and other various characteristics.
