WTB NC stuff

I'm picking up a 2009 NC this weekend and am looking for a few items

I live out in the country and travel US 377 a lot and the DPS guys who patrol it don't have anything else to do other than hand out tickets for no front tag.

So I need a front tag holder, the type that screws into the tow hook hole. Anybody got one laying around?

How about a tow hook(s) for track use?

What else you got?

Front brake ducting? Aluminum radiator? Factory shop manual?
