Ouch! That felt good!

Well, almost after 4 months to the day since my knee surgery, I got back out on my mountain bike yesterday after getting cleared by my doctor. It hurt so good! :cheers: I sure missed riding and it was a beautiful day for it for sure. The knee did well, but it still isn't at 100%. Doc told me it would be 9-12 (5-8 more) months before that happens.
Those of you who bike and want to explore the terrain of West Central Arlington, drop me a note sometime and we'll hook up. There is a park near my house (Veterans Park - I can be at the trailhead in 5 minutes, took me over 6 yesterday, after leaving my garage) that has some fairly nice biking trails. It is a small park, but the terrain makes up for it! A few streams, lots of tree roots, a few pits, rocky paths, some nice climbs and downhills, you name it and it's there.
