I replaced my badly torn upper and lower shift boots today. Much smoother shifts, since the shifter is actually being held into the turret. Also the heat coming from the tranny is much less. Very worthwhile. $30 from mazda speed, plus a few bucks for some talc powder to keep the rubber nice.
