Timing light?

Anyone have any recommendations on an inexpensive timing light or an auto parts place that rents them??

Check your local VatoZone... They may have one in their loan-a-tool program. You basically pay for it, use it, and return it... (NO, not buy the retail one... they have real loaner ones, but if you keep it you bought it... But you can also do the retail one too!)

Just pick one up at Sears... $35 and you'll have it for life.

Does AutoZone loan timing lights??

Or you could ask if someone here has one you could use!
