Well it seems as if several people are in the North Dallas area, so I wanted to know if anyone was in the mortgage/banking industry around here?

Now that we are settled in after our big move from Seattle I am looking around for a job.

I am most interested in Countrywide & have submitted my resume, but no word yet. So if anyone might have a contact for them, or know someone that works there, other than their "submit your resume on-line" I'd love to know!

Welcome back, Checker! Wish I could help you line up a job - we could use some engineers, but no need for bankers, I'm afraid. :sad:

BTW, where did you guys settle back into?

I have a friend that is a loan officer for SBA loans. Do you have any business lending experience?

Hey buddy, we are in Lewisville for now with plans to build in the Frisco area in about a year. 8)

Unfortunately no. I have always worked on the retail end, in closing/funding etc.

Hey! That's my 'hood... We'll have to get together for drinks/dinner one night.

I know of an opening at a certain large networking manufacturer for a highly skilled network engineer... but alas, no banking jobs.
