I've 47K on my 99 and I don't think the plugs or wires have been changed yet. (I bought it in March with 37K). In 55-60 degree weather my mileage increases from 30MPG to well over that.......I also loose the problem of the idle dropping back to around 600 and coming up around 900 when I stop.
What's the recommendations?

Lots of things cause the idle droop... The :batman: board suggests checking/lubing/replacing the dashpot as one possible source...
