Rear Sway Bar
As an experiment, I'm going to run the 5/16 SCCA event with my rear sway disconnected  It's a stock bar, and I've got a big red hollow bar on the front. The last event I ran out at MW I was having trouble controlling the oversteer at times, probably because of the higher speeds. Anyway, we'll see what happens on the Bus Lot! Anybody care to comment?

I think it'll be a terrible mistake. If you're getting too much oversteer, what you really need to do is put your street wheels on at the front and keep your 13" Hoosiers on the back. That ought to cure your oversteer problems.

It will be interesting to see how that works for you. I would never have even considered doing something like that until I read this thread on the Pointy Board.
Let us know how the experiment goes!

Well, after running on the Bus Lot Sunday, I have to say that I see no drawbacks to the rear bar delete. On the street I can still induce oversteer if I want to :D Time will tell. Right now, the bar/brackets/endlinks are sitting on top of my ever-growing pile of sway bars from the various cars I have upgraded.
