came home, hmm, seems like the ex was here. grabbed all her crap and then some. the apt is so (relatively) empty- its depressing. i am SO gonna be at sterlings....

Well, that bites. If the breakup was that bad and if you can prove ownership of the items and that she took them then you may want to file.
