Saw my 1st Yaris & Fit on the road...

Appears as if down here in MExico we they get some cars ahead of the US...

They've had Fits sitting at the honda dealer I pass for a month or so now... They look pretty cool inperson, but the proportions lead them to look more like a mini-minvan than a sporty small car thing...


And this morning on the Road I saw my 1st Yaris... Wow, that thing is UGLY.. Easpecially from the front. The other views aren't so bad, but the front looks like some sorta cartoonish vacuum cleaner or something...


While I do expect small cars to become increasingly popular in the US.. I don't think either of these cars seems to have the whole 'cool' appeal that the Scions or minis have... We'll see how well they sell I guess.


PS - I still like the BMW 1-series down here the best. Those are sweet! The Nissan Almera coupe also looks pretty cool.. like a rounded Protege5

I wish small cars were popular here!

I want a kei car damnit! More specifically an Autozam AZ-1!
