Okay, I had a leak and replaced a caliper a while back so I figured this was related to the brake fluid being low. Now that everything is good with the brakes I'm still getting the weirdest thing happening. When I rev the car out to redline the brake light on the dash comes on for a second as soon as I let off the gas!:confused: Now what in the hell could cause this goofy business?
Vacuum leak somewhere?
BTW, I think I spotted you on westbound on the Tollway just west of 78 around 6pm tonight - single rear foglight, side markers, white style bar, black hood?
Your car looks very nice! But you might want to consider more than a cursory glance before changing lanes. :wink:
Anything's possible, but generally that light should only come on if the e-brake lever is pulled or if the fluid level is low. Maybe something is grounding the circuit to the e-brake lever switch?Quote:

Hmm...that might make sense. Not sure what or why something is grounded out and it only happens when I hit redline but I do seem to have a few minor electrical bugs. When I change the ac fan from setting 1 to setting 2 the idle bumps for a second!? And occasionally when I get out of the car I get shocked when I shut the door!?! ahhghQuote:
