A dashboard camera was there just at the right time. I'd guess the concrete truck and the black car had the left turn green light and the red (GTi perhaps?) ran a red.
It really sucks for the guys just sitting there at the light waiting on their turn.

But the driver in the cement truck saw it coming he stopped. The little black car had no idea as he could not see traffic. Hope the police nailed the driver of the red car. He had way more then enough warning if his light was red.
Why did the guy have a camera in his car? Any what was that lame song. ::Clown::
Yeouch! Yesterday driving I saw a seriously brand new civic, had a dealer plate for may 7th, so they must've had it for 1 day, with the front half of the trunk embedded into the side of a yellow cab taxi van on plano road. Dunno who's fault that was but accidents suck!
No excuse, but the light on southbound Collins @ Arbrook will give you a turn arrow when the northbound lanes still have a green ::Drive2::
No one should assume the intersection is safe just because the light is green. YMMV . . .
OTOH - if it is preventable, it is not an accident.
