Unreal near miss

Notice the black SUV braking.... with nobody in front of it. Who hits their brakes like that in the middle of the intersection?

Looks like the white car gets clipped. Not a total miss.

First thing I noticed. If it had been me (wouldn't have run the light in the first place though) I would have been stopped by the road shaking. (and thanking God I'm still in one piece) :(

Yeah, I noticed that, but pause the film right as the red car moves in front of the SUV. The red car is almost superimposed on top of the black SUV. I still think this is a clever chop job. Look through hours of camera footage and you can probably find two pieces of footage that you can splice together like this.

What about the tire smoke and the car running the red swerving to the right in the middle of the intersection?
