Harsh ride over small bumps

My car has the Hard S suspension, but the ride seems to be more harsh than before. I have been noticing lately, on these bumpy Texas roads, that the car seems to shake at lot more over small bumps at low speeds to the point that it moves my rear view mirror sometimes. I have not taken the wheels off to take a look yet. Just wondering what this extra shaking could be caused from. It seems to be more in the front of the car....Ball Joint? Motor Mount?

I took a quick look underneath and did not notice any leaks from the shocks, (Bilsteins) so I am ruling that out. My car just hit the 91k mark.

When's the last time you lubed the front sway bar bushings?

something slippery. :rolleyes: (I used high-temp grease on mine)

An easy fix......I spayed some silicon on the front and rear bushings and it rides like it should again.

Grease Sparky, grease. Lots of it. On the bar and in the bushings.
