It has a lot to do with 9... Notice that each time you play, every multiple of 9 has the same symbol... in fact it will always be THE symbol... hmmmm....

There was one of these before ( I thought on here) that i had figured out the formula for. If I wasn't so lazy, I would run a search. F me.
