Does anyone know a good place to get H9 bulbs for headlights? I'm going to try some brighter bulbs in the headlights and would rather talk to someone around the area rather than go online for them. Especially if I have one blow and need one asap.

I don't think I have to worry about melting any harness????? I just looking for H9 replacement bulbs around here like Rayburgs or something. That is all I'm asking. I have very nice wiring harnesses for my headlights.
Yes, but are they beefy enough to handle the higher current draw from the brighter bulbs? If not, the wires could get hot enough to melt the insulation.Quote:

yeah I looked for some of those but they don't have them in H9s
Check this place - http://www.rallylights.com/ (I bought Hella E-Codes for my '92 from them)
Yes, but did he connect them into the stock wiring harness or did he run a wire big enough to handle the current back to the fuse block? The stock headlight wire goes back to the headlight relay and then back to the fuse block. Any to all of that can cook.Quote:

Just go ahead and buy online, and with the money you save you can order a spare.
