Anyone have a tilesaw I can borrow?

I've finished the clean up of the concrete and now just need to put down the tile. However, I don't have a tile saw at my disposal nor do I want to buy one for a one time use. Renting doesn't make financial sense because it'll take a long weekend to finish... anyone?

He took it back before I could get around to using it... and the damned thing is now way out west at his new "farm" (I still contend that 1 acre does not a farm make!)

If you only have straight cuts to make, I have one of the score-n-snap types that work real well.
