SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY!!! a drive in the country! 9-5-2004

How about a ride through beautiful Grayson County on Sunday afternoon! We will meet at 15th and Hwy. 75 by Collin Creek Mall (The Barnes & Noble on the north side of 15th street) and take a run through the countryside! We'll meet at 11:30 and stop for lunch a little before 1:00.

Come one, come all! Let us know you're coming if you can, but don't be afraid to show up at the last minute. Call tailchaser at 214-912-9261 if you get lost.

What we need you to do is tell us if you want to go! The earlier we get a head count the easier it will be on the folks putting this together!

How far away is 'the country'? I might be in.

Contrary to my suggestion to POS last night on the phone, here's my recommended schedule:

Meet at the Barnes & Noble by 11:30.

Depart Plano around 11:45 and take the twisties up to Clark's BBQ for lunch at 12:45.

After lunch, we'll hit the really cool roads heading back east through Grayson county into Collin County and around Lake Lavon, perhaps with a photo op along the way.

We should be back in Plano around 4:30

I'm in for a Sunday drive!! Hope it's okay to bring my co-pilot. :D

11:30 am at B&N in Plano north side of 15th west of 75 is official.

me and g/f are in....didn't get this post till saturday afternoon so this is kinda spur of the moment...but why not...i'll see ya'll at the B&N at 11:30.

Count me in for the meet up at B&N; gonna be a gameday decision for the drive though....

Lest I forget... If you've got an FRS radio, bring it. If you don't we've probably got one you can borrow...
