Who did the test? Who ever did it did not run the car on a Dyno. They did a TSI (two speed idle) test or else u'd have some NOx readings. But it did pass so who care, only the inspector can get fined for that! -Wes-Quote:

Yeah they only did the static test even though they have the dyno. I don't know why. Maybe the '94 only requires that test.
