Parade event today...

I drove the new Corvette in Lexington, KY's annual Saint Patrick's day parade today, along with about 30 other Corvettes from the BlueGrass Corvette Club. GAWD those cars draw a lot of attention! There were probably 25K people lining the street, and it took about 1.5 hours to finish the route. We met up at O'neils Pub for Guiness and assorted beverages and dinner after the event...Nice, sunshiney day...33 degrees! Cold with the roof off...but kinda fun anyway...

Cool, can't wait to participate in some events like that if we ever finish my fathers 71 Camaro restoration. A trip to Woodward is due when the car is completed along with a couple friends with old vettes!
