Well... knowing this group, you might also consider wether you want to keep ANY of the flooring in the house... if you don't have to worry about drop cloths, it's pretty easy... that's what I did in my house. Paint first, then replaced all the flooring.

Very reasonably priced, diligent, and works weekends. We used him to paint a bunch of rooms and he did a great job.
