Need input on value of the "turd"

I need a little help determining a price for my 1990 Mariner Blue.

The Bad:

Rust in rear quarter panels
Dent in front qtr
M2 top has patch
No AC


The Good:
1994 1.8L 80K motor
2001 5 Speed Tranny - 45K miles
HD clutch w/ 5000 miles

135K miles - Interior is in ok shape.

The car is a good as/is driver, but I have a grand worth of T3 turbo stuff and a torsen and want to find a nicer rust free car to build on....

The drivetrain is worth at least a grand to me, so if the value is too low, I will part the car out... what is a rolling shell worth to a spec driver?

Bean already has a car doesnt he? I could sell him the shell for 1k and he could put his motor and tranny in the turd until he finishes off the BUR....

You might need to pow-wow with mr brg on this board.
