Those have to be the dumbest cops ever. I wonder if he really was the driver...?

Those tests and cops are corrupt. I failed one of their so called sobriety tests after having a single beer over the course of 4 hours; and drinking the last half right before I left. I even failed the breathalyzer. (I didn't go to jail, since my friends house was 50 yards away.)

Ya, its all subjective IMO. A couple years ago, my designated driver, who honestly didn't have a single drop of alcohol, failed the sobriety yet I was the most trashed as I've ever been and I passed! Since we were at the entrance to my neighborhood they said they would be nice and let us off but said I had to drive!
