Coolant Reservoir
Has anyone seen a Mazda Millenia S junker in any junk yard around here? Mazda Heaven at Fort Worth saying they have a junker but is not sure it even has this part on it or the condition of it. Perhaps if anyone of you heading out there anyway please take a look of it to see if it worths my trip to drive through 2 counties to get it.
I need a coolant reservoir. There is leak at the outlet tube area in mine. Or does anyone knows if it is possible to repair this plastic coolant reservoir?
Thanks!

They sell a plastic epoxy at Home Depot. You might try that.

+1 for the JB weld. Just make sure you really clean the surface and put some scratches accros the crack so the JB or epoxy can get a good hold.

I did the epoxy. The plastic of the outlet tube is severely aged and has pieces missing and many crack lines. I think the copper tube inside contributes the aging of the plastic. It expands and contract bigger than the plastic. Anyway, I kind of rebuild the tube with epoxy.
I think I over tighten the hose clamp a little. I heard a small cracking noise on my last turn of the screw driver. :-( It is holding OK so far; 10 minutes of warm up on the drive way. It is still kind of slightly wet around the area. I believe if the epoxy have more "give" would be better for this job. I still need a replacement tank sooner or later.
Thanks for the advice.
