Ordered a new Robbins top from Cabrio World on Sunday. It arrived today. Woo Woo.
Now I just have to put it on. Guess I know what I am doing on saturday. BTW: The instructions at one point say to use an adhesive to put the front of the top onto the top plate. Any idea what type of adhesive I should use?
I am going shopping tomorrow to pick up a rivet gun and anthing else I need for this install.
Yeah, an old fork that you can use to pull out the carpet fasteners...
Did you get a new rain rail too? If not, you'll need something to repair the cracks in the old one.

Got a new rain rail pre-attached so I don't have to worry about it.
dont know what adhesive to use, the adhesive on my top looks like gorilla glue, but if the top fits snug i have seen it not used and its fine. Perhaps the best would be to ask an upholstery shop
