Wow... just wow

I was driving home about 10 minutes ago, and saw the strangest thing.... Standing on the side of the road (about 1/4 mile from Magma's house ) in front of about 5 inches of standing water were 2 girls around 13 or 14 in bikinis waiting to get hit by sheets of water as cars went by. ::Blink:: What type of parents let their kids do something like this? :rolleyes:

Where are the 20 year old girls that do that?

If they had been 20, I'd have headed back down there with the camera. As it stands, the parent in me has come out and I'm more than a little sickened. If I ever caught my daughter doing something like that, I would have to re-think my position on spanking. ::whip::
