Anyone have the software and cable for this? Mine died and a replacement is on the way. It turns on and I can receive calls but the keys don't work. I'd like to back up my phonebook.

If it's a T-mobile or ATT, your phonebook is on the sim card.
If it's Verizon or Sprint, you can take it to the store and they will transfer it for free.
My buddy at work had a Razr that crapped the bed the other day. He may have the stuff you're looking for. I'll find out tomorrow or Monday...
There's also a place up in Richardson that will pull all the data off the phone for you and give you a printout of all the names and numbers - for about $20. I think they'll also transfer all the data to a new phone, but I can't remember... too many beers since then.
IIRC the RAZR just has a mini USB connection, try plugging one in and hooking it up to the pc
Have you tried the Motorola website?
Didn't you get a Mac a while back? If so and your Razr has Bluetooth, then you can iSync its contents to your address book.
BT dongles are $10ish if you need one...
I hadn't taken the Mac plunge yet.
I did resolve this though. I got some software on eBay for $4.75 and already had the cable. My contacts are backed up! ::Banana::
Now I don't need to bug y'all for your phone numbers again. ;)
